Shotokan Karate England were called on to assist with the latest ‘Whiskas’ Cat food Ad. The Ad featuring well known actor Dan Hoffman-Gill, shows Dan learning to live like a cat – jumping, falling and incorporating Karate Kicks and punches into his routine. The day spent filming was great fun and the advert ‘Man lives like a Cat’ can be seen here on YouTube.

In Memory of Philip Loates
This year we have lost a shining star. Philip Loates, one of our long time Karate members, lost his life in a road traffic accident whilst working as an English teacher in Thailand.

Sensei Kasajima
Due to the sad and unexpected passing of Sensei Kasajima, and as a mark of respect, our Special International Course planned for May 21st has been cancelled.
